Revved Up & Ready

Cam Hacker is too dangerous to date. Good thing we’re only pretending.

Maybe I shouldn’t admit it, but after ending my nine-year relationship, I have no idea who I am anymore. So, I’ve decided to rediscover myself using a list of things I’ve never done before. Step one: Break up with that jerk. Check. Step two: Move to Palm Springs. Check.

Now, I’m working on step three: Figure out what comes next—when, of course, my ex gets engaged to the woman he cheated on me with. So, naturally, I take the high road…by fake dating his favorite motorcycle racer—who also happens to be my impossibly sexy new roommate.

Sadie Winslow agreed to be my pretend girlfriend. Honestly, I must be the luckiest guy alive.

Ten years ago, a viral video of me winning a street race in nothing but my helmet and boots made me an overnight sensation. Using my reputation as The Race Naked Guy to fund my career worked—until it didn’t.

Now, I need to clean up my act if I want to race next year. Fortunately for me, my adorable, ray-of-sunshine roomie is more than willing to help. Acting like we’re a couple? Easy. Keeping it strictly pretend? That’s going to be the real challenge.

Revved Up & Ready is a spicy, fake-dating roommates romantic comedy with no third act break-up. Intended for 18+

How Dare You

An impromptu night with Rhett McCoy was the best date I’ve ever been on, and it could ruin everything.

After a few martinis, hours of butterfly-inducing conversation, and some light trespassing, I spilled a secret because I thought he was here on vacation. But the next morning at my job as an interior designer, our new carpenter turns out to be Rhett.

Keeping my business afloat takes all my energy, but my meddling friends insist I need a break. The late nights and missed social engagements will be worth it once I’ve made Friday West Interiors an undeniable success.

Rhett disagrees with my never date a coworker rule, and he’s determined to see me do the “wrong” thing. I can’t have a charming carpenter with a southern accent jeopardizing everything I’ve worked for, no matter how panty-melting his smile is.

I lucked into a date with Devon Blake. Now I have to convince her we’re more than a one-time thing.

Six months ago, everything in my life changed. After a decade working a corporate job, I left it to find something that matters, and my fiancé broke up with me immediately after. Newly untethered, I towed my airstream to Palm Springs to rebuild my life.

Working with my hands as a carpenter is more fulfilling than anything I did behind a desk, and the walking, talking challenge in the form of an interior designer that comes with my new job only makes it better.

Devon lives by a strict set of rules, but I’m going to show her how much better life can be without them.

How Dare You is a spicy, opposites attract, romantic comedy with no third act break-up. Intended for 18+

Voyeur Café

What if you had to share a glass wall with your rival?

Everything was going according to plan until Lucas Pine and his damn motorcycle shop entered my life.

Now I have to relocate my coffee shop. It’s just a building, right? Wrong. It’s the ideal building. My Plan A. Station 19 is a perfectly converted mid-century modern gas station, complete with a glass wall down the center, that all my favorite people come to every day. My coffee shop is on one side, and my best friend’s interior design office was supposed to go on the other side.

For six months I’ll have a front row seat to Lucas Pine fixing sexy death machines while I scramble to form Plan B.

He’s cocky, unreasonably good-looking, and he stole my dream. I won’t make this easy for him.

Allie Walker is the worst and best thing that could have happened to me.

For the first time in my life, I’m trying to put myself first.

I moved from my hometown to Palm Springs where I’ll run my motorcycle shop and finally be able to open the bar in Grandad’s memory I’ve always wanted.

The only problem is Allie Walker. From the moment I first saw her, I wanted her. She’s adorable, fiery, and positively incapable of being unkind to anyone. Except me. I’ll have to derail her dreams in order to put my goals first.

She’s only a glass wall away, and I can’t seem to stop watching.

Voyeur Café is a spicy, low-drama romantic comedy with lots of swoon-worthy moments and no third act break-up. Intended for 18+

Meet Jasmine

Romance has always been my favorite escape. From Sweet Valley High books when I was a teenager, to classic early 2000’s rom-coms (Heath Ledger in 10 Things I Hate About You still melts my heart) and of course as many romance novels as I can get my hands on.

I write sweet and spicy escapist love stories filled with all my favorite things and none of my pet-peeves. You will find Forced Proximity and He Falls First in most of my books, and you will not find a third act break-up or a miscommunication trope in any of them.

I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband, Gary (we’re obsessed with him), stepdaughter Sophia (obsessed with her too) and our two dogs, Banjo (the little guy) and Shadow (the bigger guy)

Spicy rom-coms about couples who get together and stay together. (No 3rd act break-ups!)
